Your appointment time is time specifically booked for you. Things happen, illness, work, life gets busy and we totally understand that.

We just request you let us know with 24 hours notice or more of your appointment time. This allows time to offer this appointment to someone else and reschedule a time that suits you better.

In case you cancel within 24 hours a $25p/h of time allocated for your appointment will be charged as a cancellation fee. 

This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made.
